The hotel is conveniently located near Chinatown and Fitzroy gardens, making it easy to explore these areas on foot. The tram stops nearby also provide easy access to other parts of the city. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing good service. There is a breakfast option available and the hotel has various facilities such as a lift and a telephone in the room.
The view from the rooms may not be desirable, as mentioned in one of the reviews.

We were extremely pleased with our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was surrounded by many tourist attractions that we wanted to visit. The staff here was exceptional, providing us with excellent room service and ensuring that our needs were met. The room itself was well-appointed and had all the amenities we needed, including air conditioning, a comfortable sitting area, and even a soundproofed room for a peaceful night's sleep.
We would highly recommend this place to our friends and family.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and provided great suggestions for nearby restaurants. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transport and close proximity to many restaurants. The cleanliness of the hotel was great, and the facilities were well-maintained. the hotel was conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to explore the city.
